How to order
Our inflow boards are incredibly easy to order and use. Just follow these easy steps:
- Decide on the size and style of board you want.
- Check it has the pocket sizes that suit your requirements.
- Place and order and choose to pay online or offline.
- Tell us what you want printed on your board when we get in touch.
- Check and approve the proof that we send you.
- Relax while we make your board and send it to you.
- Take delivery and hang it on your wall.
- Fill it with your amazing display.

Every inflow display board is made to order. We aim to make your order within 10 working days from your acceptance of the design proof, although in busy periods this may be longer. If you need your boards faster then please do talk to use as we may be able to fast-track your order for a small surcharge.
Our inflows are made of tough stuff – perfect for the school or office environment, however they do need a lot of care when we send them out to you.
Essentials orders will be sent as two packages: one contains your backboard and the other will have your display pockets and fixings. Premium boards are packed securely and either delivered on a pallet or via our dedicated courier to ensure that it reaches you in the condition that it left our workshop.
Because our inflows are all printed to your specification we will only accept returns for orders that meet any of the following criteria:
- Damaged in transit
- Printing issues
- Item does not match agreed PDF proof
If you need to return your inflow for any of the above reasons please call 0845 208 6788 and speak to one of our team within 7 days of delivery. We will require photographs of your board before we can start proceedings to issue a replacement. Replacement boards will be produced as a priority item and should be despatched within 3-5 working days.
Please note: We will send a PDF proof of your job before we make it. It is the your responsibility to check that this is correct prior to production and inform us of any changes as we will not accept returns for boards that have been signed off.
Returns for non-printed items, including replacement pockets will be accepted within 14 days. Items must reach us in their original condition. To return your items please email us stating the reason for your return and post your items in their original packing back to us at:
